Established in 1985, today NISSCO has 250 distribution centers providing market penetration, sales support and logistics throughout the U.S., Canada, South America, and the Caribbean for more than 100 premier manufacturers of sanitary maintenance products.

Program Overview

Distributor Compliance
Most importantly, NISSCO management is committed to working directly with our Members and Preferred Suppliers to guarantee mutual success. As you will see, we have aggressive programs designed to:

National Accounts
The NISSCO marketing group promotes National Account supply programs for prominent end-user customers in markets including retail, lodging, industrial and foodservice operations. These initiatives focus on the "pull through" of our Preferred Supplier products through our national distributor network.

Membership Guidelines

Preferred Supplier Program
NISSCO identifies vendors (both manufacturers and re-distributors) who supply products that are applicable to the profile of the Jan/San Distributor and that deliver additional value through programs and incentives. These vendors are designated as NISSCO Preferred Suppliers.

Purchasing Programs
On behalf of the membership, NISSCO negotiates with its Preferred Suppliers to receive rebates, group leveraged national cost structures, and promotions or "special buy" opportunities.

Electronic Commerce
Interested NISSCO distributors shall have access to a range of technologies and e-commerce initiatives. These opportunities include private label web sites, electronic catalogs, "back-end' services and integrations, etc.

Preferred Supplier Marketing Program

NISSCO truly considers our Preferred Suppliers as partners. Toward that end, NISSCO put in place programs that will assist our partners in growing their business.

Supplier Direct Marketing
NISSCO staff is available to provide production and processing services to our Preferred Suppliers for mailings of literature, new product announcements, individual special buy opportunities, "on-line" promotions, group faxes, etc. These services are virtually unlimited, and available at any time.

Annual Buying Conference
Each year, NISSCO convenes its Distributor Members and Preferred Suppliers for our National Buying Conference. During this conference, NISSCO Preferred Suppliers have the opportunity to spend time with each distributor to promote their line, establish new distribution relationships and offer "Show Special" buying opportunities. The conference also features educational programs and a host of other activities and gatherings.

National Accounts
The NISSCO marketing group promotes National Account supply programs for prominent end-user customers in markets including retail, lodging, industrial and foodservice operations. E-Commerce
NISSCO represents a variety of e-commerce opportunities for our Preferred Suppliers including direct links between Distributors and Suppliers for communication, information, order processing, etc. In addition, the NISSCO web site provides a vehicle for Preferred Suppliers to reach the NISSCO Membership with advertising, new product announcements, promotions, specials, overstock disposition and other initiatives.
